Poor customer service - deli department. The employee was apparently annoyed that I ordered one item at a time. I added items when she finished each previous item as I was looking in the deli case to decide on my selections. She clearly and emphatically redressed me and instucted me to present all items at once when I approach the counter. I have had a lifetime of deli experience, and am aware of regulations for wrapping and slicing. There were no other clients waiting for service, and I was treated in a rude and condescending manner. So amazing and great atmosphere! I love frequenting Kroger for my favorite items, and one of their associates, Paul, was so helpful and very funny haha! Felt welcomed and comfortable.

Super clean store. The employees here are so nice and helpful! I used to always grocery shop at Walmart because of the cheaper prices, but lately I’ve been going to Dawsonville Kroger more just because it’s an overall better experience. Prices on some things may not be as cheap as Walmart, but they make up for it with their positive attitudes, OPEN REGISTERS, and people to help bag your groceries for you. Also I will say that their produce is much more fresh and lasts longer than Walmarts. Oh and they have a Starbucks so I can sip on my drink while I shop.. That’s a winner itself!

The only reason why I gave this place a one star is because of the on going problem they have in the parking lot, I have complained to the manager about this problem and it seems like they don't want to do anything about the homeless problem in the parking lot these people are giving this store a bad name, and it makes kroger look bad,until something is done to correct this problem me or my great aunt will not be back at all, my great aunt gets bad anxiety because of the homeless people sleeping in kroger parking lot, and they make me nervous nervous to be on the parking lot,

Thanks to the young manager who came outside and gave our car battery a "jump" using his personal car and jumper cables! On Tuesday 7/25/2023 our battery was almost completely dead with no prior warning and about 95 degrees outside in the Kroger parking lot. Scary for an old couple in their late 70's. God bless you!

One of the filthiest Krogers we've seen. Firstly, my wife said the restroom was disgusting with paper and trash on the floors. The eating area by the sushi counter was also a complete wreck. Every single table was dirty with food and soiled paper towels. Considering that the seating area was half full of employees taking their breaks, it must be the employees who leave this area in such bad shape. This used to be a nice little spot to grab a quick bite before shopping, but the drink machine, napkins, and utensils have all been removed. The registers there have remained closed since COVID. Nevermind that the layout of the store is nonsensical and promotes congestion. Never again, Kroger. What happened? Why the huge decline in cleanliness and professionalism?

Unbelievable how huge this place is. The Kroger's I am use to going to was only a grocery store. This location is a department store with a grocery store blended together. For those who know about the store called Walmart up north. Kroger's is just like that. A beautiful place that has so much to offer. Clothes, small electronics department, of course groceries and a place for sushi and hot sandwiches. You can't go wrong with shopping here.
